My teaching philosophy is centered around the Suzuki method of violin teaching and incorporates note reading, scales and etudes. This allows students to develop a well-rounded knowledge of how to play the violin.  In addition, I introduce music theory and history concepts to my students so they can better understand the way music works and are able to assimilate these concepts into their playing.
